The Centre for Business in Society (CIBS) at Coventry University developed a tool to enable CDFIs to report on their social impact and outcomes. This was commissioned by Responsible Finance, the membership body for CDFIs, and supported by Citi Foundation.

It seeks to demonstrate the impact and value of community finance by looking at the economic value of CDFI lending and its impact on society.
